A full 100% refund is due to the customer if cancellation occurs prior to 14 days before the reserved date(s) or for any cancellation resulting from double-booking errors, mechanical problems, inclement weather (captain's discretion) or other act of God. No refund is due to the customer if the customer cancels less than 14 ays before the reserved booking date(s). Customer will be charged full charter amount, plus tax and gratuity. Minimum 20% gratuity required on every booking. Customers will be held financially responsible for any damages incurred by the customer while on the charter. We reserve the right to use any pictures taken on board in our advertisements, brochures, catches of the week, etc. SMALLER FISH ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ONLY!!!
